Agricultural Law

Legal issues facing agriculture, whether through the involvement of a family farmer or in agricultural business, require a very specialized understanding of the law. Historically, agriculture has enjoyed a unique and special application of the laws at the federal, state and local levels. As such, effective and successful representation involves a good understanding of both the nature of farming operations and a firm grasp of the laws and regulations, which apply to them.

David W. Pryor, one of the firm's senior partners, received a Masters of Law Degree in Agricultural Law at the University of Arkansas in 1985. He has chaired the Agricultural Law Committees for the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, and has also taught an agricultural law class at Capital University for the last 18 years. Mr. Pryor's practice involves significant representation of both farmers and businesses associated with agriculture.

If you or someone you know has a concern that may involve some aspect of agricultural law please feel free to contact David W. Pryor so you can ensure that your rights are fully protected.
