Contract Review & Contract Disputes

A contract is an agreement upon sufficient consideration between two or more persons to do or not to do a particular thing. It is said that the word "contract" in its legal sense includes every description of agreement or obligation, whether verbal or written, whereby one party becomes bound to another to pay a sum of money or to perform or to omit to do a certain act. A "contract" includes a broad array of legal documents, including, but not limited to, deeds, powers of attorney, mortgages, leases, and purchase agreements. Our attorneys combine technical expertise, business acumen and a common sense understanding of the issues and disputes that can develop out of the formation of contracts and other business relationships. If you or someone you know is a party to a contract and you feel that your rights have been adversely affected, or one of the other parties to the contract is failing to meet your expectations, please feel free to contact one of our attorneys to discuss your options.
